1. Go to Mozilla.org website and install Magic's Video Downloader

2. After you restart the browser a little green arrow will appear in your status bar:

3. When you are watching a video that is hosted on any of listed websites (you will find them in addon info or this website) left click on green arrow:

Click on Download button that appears in the left side of pop-up:
